Saugat Upreti

Saugat upreti is the founder of Bindhu art regiment. Lifelong creative with deep roots in the arts, film , music, literature and culture. He hosts the podcast under the pseudonym "le.laa" a moniker he discovered on his journey from Me to Mine. Moving from the eastern part of Nepal to the capital city Kathmandu his abilities to create critical discussion through art evolved from personal to collectives and joint works to create impact. As a freelancer he has worked on National and international art collaboration projects managing and assisting art projects of a diverse medium. Before the Bindhu art regiment he developed two other projects BREAKING SILENCE AND PROJECT NAADHE where he organised and curated many events and supported a new generation of artists to create and showcase their art works, music, writings and films.
